FAQ

Payment

We accept payment through all major credit and debit cards, and Paypal.

Payment is taken as soon as the order is placed. If there is an issue with payment or the card is rejected, this will show up immediately so you can try again with another card or via another payment method. Orders are only confirmed once payment is approved through your bank.

Delivery Times & Costs

We ship to the UK and all EU countries.

 

UK:

We offer standard 2nd class shipping to the UK, and this is completely free.

EU Countries:

All EU standard shipping is at a flat rate of £2.75 or you can select EU express delivery that is at a cost of £12.00.

We aim to ship everything out within 1-2 days after order placement, and then please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If the order has not arrived within this time then please get in contact via email or social media.

We attempt to send a tracking number with all orders, however orders of the lip balm alone may be too small to allow a tracking number.

Returns

& Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchases.If you're not completely satisfied, you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange.

To arrange a return, all you need to do is drop us an email/message us via social media and we can advise you on how to return the items. We currently do not have a free post solution so please send your products back to us using the cheapest possible postal method and we would be happy to refund the postage to you directly via the original payment method or Paypal.

We will aim to process the refund within a few hours of receiving proof of your postage and depending on your bank, the refund can take approx 3-5 days to appear back in your account.

Occasionally we do offer promotional gifts with orders. If you are returning an item from an order with a gift, we will also need this to be returned if your order does not meet the minimum spend minus the item you want to refund.

We do have a very small selection of stockists, so if you bought items from a stockist and want to return an item then you will need to speak directly to the stockist. The above policy is for direct Stripped customers only.

Our customer service team is available 7 days a week!

We have no set hours as we are a small business and always contactable - so please drop us a message whenever is most suitable for you and we will aim to get back to you within a few hours.
